Peyote Stitch
After you've completed the third row, the fourth row is worked in the same manner. Add one bead at a time; always skip the recessed beads and run the thread through the "dropped" beads. Take up the slack at the end of each row before proceeding to the next row.
Before proceeding to row 5, take out any slack in the thread and adjust the beads so the growing weave is even and flat.
